How fast can we start?

Can unused hours go into my Managed Operations SLA?

Yes. If you have a Managed Operations SLA with us, unused hours from your hour packs can be transferred into that SLA — so nothing is wasted, and your investment keeps delivering value through ongoing platform support.

What about Team Extension or 24/7 Managed Operations pricing?

Team Extension and Managed Operations are priced per engagement — based on team size, on-site/remote split, SLA tier, and platform scope. Get in touch and we’ll prepare a tailored proposal within 48 hours.

Which currencies and payment terms do you offer?

We invoice in EUR, CHF or USD, net 30 by default. Other payment terms can be agreed during contracting.
